Position: Service Technician

Branch: Dalby, Goondiwindi, Dubbo, Moree, Warren, Beaudesert

Chesterfield Australia has fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and determined Service Technicians to join our team in the above branch locations, you will be reporting to the Service Manager. This role will see you:

• Performing basic/complex diagnostics
• Service repairs and maintenance work on customer and dealer owned agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment
• Mentors Service Technicians Apprentices, junior Service Technicians

You as the successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

• Diesel fitter trade qualification required 
• Experience in agricultural machinery repair and servicing
• Hydraulic & Electrical diagnostic experience will be highly regarded
• Specialised experience with Cotton pickers and harvester

This role will be in a busy service department and will require a positive attitude at all times, along with the ability to multi task effectively.

Branch: Beaudesert

We have a position vacant at our Beaudesert branch, for a driven and passionate Service Supervisor. This role will see you reporting to the Group Service Manager. Aspects of the role include:

• Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of the workshop operations
• Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our client base
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to the team
• Continuously develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance and service effectiveness

You as the successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

• Diesel Fitter qualifications
• Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Proven track record in a similar management position
• Leadership abilities
