Position: Service Administrator

Branch: Beaudesert

Chesterfield Australia has an excellent opportunity for a determined, drive and friendly Service Administrator to be based at our Beaudesert Branch.

Some aspects of the role include but are not limited to:

  • open new repair orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintain control until closed and invoiced.
  • Load Service technician time cards, prepare formulation of hours, documentation and processing for fortnightly payrun
  • Update customer profiles, hours or other information from the customer repair orders
  • Field internal and external customer enquiries to the service department
  • Monitor performance via work in progress report & technician time analysis report

To be successful in this role you possess the following:

  • Strong Administration background
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a service department or environment
